Semi-automatic single-reel labeling machine: functional and cost-effective
Bench-top semi-automatic labeling machine for self-adhesive labels, designed to apply both the label and back label in a single cycle.
Besides cylindrical containers, the machine can also label square bottles, jars, and a wide range of other containers, including plastic packaging.
A range of optional accessories is available, including bottom notch detection, secondary label application, precise labeling of square bottles, and installation of a date coding/stamping unit.
Technical specifications
The machine features a stainless steel housing and is equipped with a knurled silicone liner drive roller with a quick-release mechanism for easy operation and maintenance.
The electronic control system supports a wide range of labeling applications through dedicated optional units. The machine is equipped with a microprocessor-based control board and is fully compliant with CE standards.
