Semi-automatic labeling machine with dual label reels
Semi-automatic self-adhesive labeling machine mounted on a mobile trolley, featuring a mechanically operated upper roller for automatic container locking during insertion.
The machine features two independent labeling stations, enabling the application of front and back labels, or alternatively a front and back label from the upper station and a barcode label or secondary back label from the lower station.

Optional accessories enable bottom notch detection, secondary label application, and the installation of a coding/stamping unit on the lower labeling station.
The machine features a stainless steel housing mounted on wheels and is equipped with two independent knurled silicone backing paper drive rollers with a quick-release system for easy operation and maintenance.
The electronic control system supports a wide range of labeling applications through dedicated optional units. The machine is equipped with a microprocessor-based control board and is fully compliant with CE standards.
The standard version is equipped to simultaneously apply two labels during a single operating cycle.
